Indigo rocks!

If it were not for Indigo we would not be here tonight on Christmas Eve in Mumbai.

6E 2133 was delayed a bit. But, to our immense relief, it took off around 12 midday from Mopa International Airport, North Goa.

What struck me was the flawless service provided by Silky, Indigo ground staff, who is unable to hear or speak. I noticed she had a big badge near her collar which read, 'I cannot hear or speak, but I will be happy to assist you.' I was thinking how must Christmas be for Silky.

Brian, Queenie and Dwayne after Mass.

Holy Cross Church, Kurla

Queenie made it for the midnight Mass at her beloved Kurla, where she was born and brought up. She looked happy meeting all her old friends.

All this was possible because of the gracious hospitality of my niece Melanie and hubby Balwinder who opened the doors of their new flat at Kurla to accommodate us.
