Pushpa 2

I was a little diffident going for Pushpa 2. I had watched Pushpa 1 on Netflix in Telugu. 2 was dubbed in English. 

I loved the Telugu version as it took me back to my days in Hyderabad when I was a student. The lilt of the language, its mannerism, and colloquialisms placed me in a universe I was disconnected from all these years. 

Watching Pushpa negotiating his challenges made me struggle with him, and understand his pain. Here is a man who beats all odds and rises from his station in life to reach the zenith of fame.
