Coconut oil

Curry leaves
Solan

Preparation
Wash the bhindis in a sieve. Dry them. Cut them up in bits after snipping off the ends. Take a deep non-stick vessel. Put some coconut oil. Add jeera, turmeric and curry leaves. Mix. Add the cut bhindi. Stir for 20 minutes as it cooks. Add solan. Add salt. Close the vessel for 5 mins. Stir. Close. Serve.
