Not an extra-ordinary day

I came to work early

braving the potholes and the rain

I met my superior

and submitted an attendance certificate

at a selection committee meeting

I corrected a student's online exam paper

and submitted the marks to the office. 

At 12.30 I took a travel-writing class

and played Avicii. 

At the end of the day I joined

a WhatsApp group 'Aprenda Portugues.'

It was not an extra-ordinary day.
