Gulshan Bano's father Anwar Kassar (60) widower, was burnt alive on 24th February 2020 at Shiv Vihar, North East Delhi. His foot - all that remains - is in police custody. Gulshan has been asked to wait till the lockdown is lifted to bury it. The Ramzan moon was sighted on 24th April 2020.
