Note
The Goa Express covers a distance of 2200 kms from Vasco to Nizamuddin. It makes its way through a litany of rivers beginning with the Zuari in Goa; the Krishna at Kudachi, near Miraj junction in Maharashtra; the Godavari at Nashik Road before Manmad junction in Maharashtra; the Tapi just after Bhusaval junction in Maharashtra; the Narmada after Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh; the Betwa before Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh; the Chambal after Dhaulpur in Madhya Pradesh and the Yamuna which virtually flows alongside from Agra in Uttar Pradesh and escorts the Goa Express into the capital of India, viz. Delhi.
